How has the alt. changed your life?

"Before I heard about the alt. I attempted to quit smoking cold-turkey. This cut down most of my cigarette consumption but I would always end up reaching for one when having a wine or out with friends. My daughter told me about vaping and now I haven't had a social cigarette in over a year! I wish this technology was available when I was younger and maybe I would have never started smoking at all!"
