We offer overnight shipping on all orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding rural addresses and weekend delivery). During peak periods—like holidays or promotional events—please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
Shipping Rates:
- Free shipping on orders over $40
- $4.50 for orders under $40
- $7 for rural delivery
- A flat rate of $10 applies for the VapeCycle Home Collection Bin
All parcels are shipped with 18+ stickers, which means:
- ID must be shown and;
- A signature is required on delivery.
- Couriers are unable to leave packages unattended.

All vape devices come with a 6-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
Our warranty does not cover devices that fall outside of this period.
Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect use of vape device (including but not limited to incompatible parts, incorrectly charging the device, or modifying your device)
- Water damage
- Intentional damage
If you would like to return a product for store credit, replacement, or refund, please contact our friendly customer service team with the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for the return
We will get in contact with you as soon as possible. We will not accept returns and/or issue any refunds for purchases made other than through our website.
